About the Role
Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections. Prepare inspection reports and quality records; identify defects; manage non-conformities; conduct root-cause analysis; implement CAPA; coordinate with Production, Engineering, suppliers and authorized testing laboratories; ensure conformance with customer specifications, drawings and railway standards.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience; ₹45,000 - 55,000/month; prior experience at a manufacturing setup supplying products/components to Indian Railways is mandatory. Knowledge of ISO 9001, IRIS, TS 22163, railway standards, testing procedures, quality tools, MS Excel and IS 11682:1986 (Parts 1 & 2) laboratory coordination. Preferred experience: railway, FRP, composite, aluminium or honeycomb manufacturing.
About the Company
Federal Synergies is establishing a manufacturing facility in Ballabgarh for railway/train components, particularly honeycomb panels and FRP composite products.
