Supervise daily manufacturing operations and personnel; plan production and allocate manpower; monitor machines and production targets; optimize material use; reduce rejection/wastage; maintain production records; coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Engineering for issue resolution and on-time delivery.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience; ₹35,000/month; prior experience at a manufacturing setup supplying components to Indian Railways is mandatory. Preferred background: railway components, composite panels, FRP, aluminium, or honeycomb panels. Leadership, problem-solving and communication skills required.
About the Company
