About the Role
Operate hot-press and cold-press machines. Prepare and position materials; set and maintain temperature, pressure and cycle parameters; monitor pressing; inspect bonding strength, thickness, surface finish and dimensions; maintain records; comply with SOPs, quality standards and safety procedures; and report issues promptly.

Requirements
Freshers and candidates with 2 years’ experience; ₹15,000–₹22,000/month; prior experience at a manufacturing setup supplying products/components to Indian Railways is mandatory. Honeycomb, composite, FRP, aluminium or relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
