About the Role
Lead end-to-end plant operations: production planning, manpower, machinery, quality, maintenance, safety and KPIs. Coordinate Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Engineering; control costs, improve productivity, minimize waste/losses, optimize resources and implement lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience; prior experience at a manufacturing setup supplying products/components to Indian Railways is mandatory. Preferred background: railway components, composite panels, FRP, aluminium, or honeycomb panels. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and plant-operations management skills. Approx - ₹60,000–₹75,000/month.
