About the Role
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, minimize downtime, inspect machinery, schedule maintenance, repair equipment, manage spare parts and records, support installation/commissioning, and coordinate with Production and Engineering while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience; ₹25,000/month. Hands-on industrial maintenance experience, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Manufacturing or railway-component experience preferred.
About the Company
Federal Synergies is establishing a manufacturing facility in Ballabgarh for railway/train components, particularly honeycomb panels and FRP composite products.
