About the Role
Operate and assist with core-expansion and adhesive-pasting processes. Prepare materials, apply adhesive to defined process requirements, monitor process/machine parameters, ensure bond quality and alignment, conduct basic quality checks, maintain records, and follow SOPs and safety requirements.

Requirements
Freshers eligible; ₹18,000/month. Honeycomb panel, composite, railway or manufacturing experience preferred.
About the Company
Federal Synergies is establishing a manufacturing facility in Ballabgarh for railway/train components, particularly honeycomb panels and FRP composite products.
